We are delighted to welcome Ms. Carol Tsoi to join our sister company, Quantium Solutions’ Hong Kong branch, as “General Manager – Hong Kong and Macau (港澳地區總經理)”.
Carol brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in the logistics industry. A Hong Kong native, she has held senior roles at several highly reputable parcel and e-logistics organizations, including DHL, Cainiao, and Temu, where she developed deep expertise in cross-border e-commerce logistics.
“Quantium Solutions has long been in Hong Kong and Macau for over three decades. Our Hong Kong branch has consistently been one of the top contributors among all countries and territories within the Group. We began as a mail and lettershop company in the 1980s, and later became a pioneer in crossborder e-commerce shipping services from South China and Hong Kong to global destinations, supporting marketplaces, brands, and e-commerce merchants during the rise of online shopping in the 2000s. Over the years, we have also nurtured many e-logistics leaders who now hold senior executive and management positions across reputable postal, parcel, and e-logistics organizations in the city.
Carol’s appointment further reinforces the Quantium Solutions brand in the city, and reaffirms our commitment to Hong Kong and South China. We remain confident in Hong Kong’s position as a leading regional e-commerce logistics hub in the Asia-Pacific region. Quantium Solutions have already launched a series of new marketing campaigns in Hong Kong. At the same time, several initiatives have been introduced to enhance local customer service capabilities, and roll out more cost-efficient express and postal transshipment solutions. The goal is to continue delivering added value to customers across Hong Kong, Macau, and South China.
