We would like to inform you that the Naadam holiday in Mongolia is expected to impact logistics operations and last-mile delivery services across the country.
As a result, MG International Express Service (MGIE) and MG International Postal Service (MGIP) shipments may experience extended transit times. From 10 July 2026 to 19 July 2026, the acceptance and processing of all inbound parcels will be suspended due to the nationwide observance of the Naadam holiday period.
During this period, operational capacity in the affected regions may be reduced, which may result in service delays. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding any potential disruptions.
Full-service restoration is expected from 20 July 2026. Thereafter, deliveries will be processed in coordinated batches to ensure operational efficiency and a smooth, controlled recovery.
