We would like to inform you that the European Union (EU) will implement customs reforms effective 1 July 2026.
Under the new regulations, the existing €150 duty-free threshold will be abolished, and the EU will introduce a flat customs duty of €3 per item category (based on tariff classification) for low-value e-commerce parcels. Consequently, multi-item shipments may incur multiple duty charges depending on the number and tariff classification of the items within each shipment.
Please note that these customs duties are mandatory charges imposed by the European Union customs authorities and are not fees imposed by Morning Global.
As a result, MG International Postal (MGIP) and MG International Express (MGIE) shipments destined for EU member states may be subject to customs duties and related charges effective 1 July 2026.
